Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Elite Carrollwood Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Provided

Elite Carrollwood Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete installation, repair, and finishing services. All services are provided based on written estimates and signed agreements between you and our company. Project specifications, timelines, and costs will be clearly outlined in your service agreement before any work begins.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Estimates are based on site conditions observed at the time of inspection. If unforeseen site conditions are discovered during the course of work, we will notify you immediately and provide options for addressing them. Additional costs resulting from changed site conditions will be discussed and approved by you before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to schedule your project, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your agreement. You are responsible for payment regardless of any disputes with third parties, including insurance companies or property owners.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated project timelines based on typical weather conditions and material availability. While we make every effort to complete work as scheduled, delays may occur due to weather, supply chain issues, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly and work with you to adjust the schedule as needed.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement and vary based on the type of work performed. Our warranties cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage caused by settling, soil movement, improper use, lack of maintenance, or acts of nature. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period specified in your agreement.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area, marking any underground utilities, obtaining necessary permits when required, and informing us of any site hazards or special conditions. You must also ensure that all agreed-upon payments are made according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled work may result in a cancellation fee to cover our scheduling and material costs. Changes to project scope after work has begun may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

Limitation of Liability

Elite Carrollwood Concrete will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for those services. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage, and specific insurance information is available upon request.

Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can work toward a resolution. If we cannot resolve the matter informally, any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
